One of my favorite things to do in Europe is to walk to a coffee shop in the morning, is this trend starting to take a foothold in America? Here in San Antonio the Pearl district has become one of the most popular places to invest and live in! The popularity of leaving the car in the garage and walking to a destination is growing and I’m here for it!
